About Kirsty-Lee

Hi, I’m Kirsty-Lee.
I’m a mother to two incredible boys with autism, a qualified primary school teacher, and a Trauma Counsellor.
Supporting children and families was my first passion. But over time, I realised many women were silently struggling with anxiety, emotional abuse, and the lasting effects of toxic relationships and they needed a safe place to heal.
I’ve experienced toxic relationships and emotional trauma myself. I understand the exhaustion, self-doubt, hypervigilance, and loss of identity that can follow.
Through trauma healing, nervous system work, and deep personal recovery, I rebuilt my sense of safety and self-worth.
Now, I help other women do the same.
I support women recovering from:
• emotional abuse
• narcissistic relationships
• trauma bonding
• domestic violence
• anxiety after toxic relationships
• people pleasing & loss of self
My approach combines trauma-informed counselling with emotional support and intuitive awareness, creating a safe, judgement-free space to process what you’ve been through and begin rebuilding confidence, boundaries, and trust in yourself.
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about healing trauma, calming the nervous system, and helping you feel like yourself again.
You don’t have to do this alone.
And that’s where I come in.
