The Tay Bridge Sponsored Walk - Sat 17th September 2011
A sponsored walk you say? On the silvery Tay? But it's been done before! Many a Dundonian has trodden the miles of the infamous road bridge in name of a good cause - this is true. Large groups can often been seen putting one foot in front of the other - wearing appropriate footwear for the miles ahead, a rain proof jacket no doubt stored in the all weather holdall, along side hats and scarves to cope with the bitter north winds blowing down the river.
So - how does doing it naked sound? Well, not quite - but for those of us who get dressed in the dark to avoid admitting on set of cellulite, walking over the Tay Bridge in swimwear might raise the heart rate slightly. If not, don't worry - we've organised this event for lunch time rush hour (between 12-3pm) to make sure that that those wobbly bits get the maximum exposure!
Come along and join us - contact info@kirsty-lee.com for more information or to request a sponsor form.
